Product
Discovery, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
Background / Mohammed R. S. Sunoqrot
I am an AI product and innovation leader with a PhD in Medical Technology and 10+ years of experience in AI. My work connects the questions a product needs to answer with the research, engineering, and people needed to deliver it.
What I bring
I turn complex AI opportunities into clear product priorities, align multidisciplinary teams, and stay hands-on through building and validation.
Skills at a glance
Discovery, strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
Teams, stakeholders, funding, and partnerships.
Python, machine learning, LLMs, and RAG.
Clinical evaluation, data governance, and regulatory preparation.
The journey
2026 / Independent products
With Rasid and Healdar, I work across product strategy, user experience, implementation, and delivery. Rasid is in private testing and commercial validation; Healdar is a public beta. Both give me a direct connection between product decisions and working software.

PROVIZ brought together discovery, clinical workflows, funding, regulatory preparation, and commercialization. I led product and innovation work through that journey, helping move the technology from early research to prospective clinical validation, with findings published in Insights into Imaging.

My research focused on AI for prostate MRI, including detection, normalization, and segmentation quality. Alongside research, I developed open-source tools and contributed to international collaboration.
2018–2025 / Concurrent data & cloud work
Managing research cloud environments and sensitive imaging data taught me to treat reproducibility, access, support, and data governance as essential parts of delivery.
Foundations
PhD in Medical Technology at NTNU; MSc in Biomedical Engineering with distinction at the University of Dundee; BSc at the German-Jordanian University, including an exchange year in Germany.
Leading youth and education programmes, coordinating volunteers, and serving in sports-club leadership have shaped how I listen, build trust, and bring people together. These experiences inform how I lead teams—with clear direction, shared responsibility, and attention to the people doing the work.
I work in English and Arabic and speak intermediate Norwegian. My experience spans academic research, clinical teams, innovation programmes, and independent product development.
I am looking for AI product lead and product management roles where I can own direction, guide a cross-functional team, and stay close to technical delivery. I am particularly interested in products that need both strong AI judgment and a clear path to real-world use. Applied AI research leadership is a complementary fit.
